Thanks for listening

I logged a complaint at Nedbank to inform them that there is no roof on the Atm in Safari Gardens. I told them that the teller is exposed in the rain and sun and other elements. It was not even a month and they put a nice little roof on the atm. I know it should have been there in the first place, but the fact that they listen to complaints and do something about it make me happy to be a customer.
