Claudia at the Nedbank branch in Herm**** is such a breath of fresh air. Great Service with a smile

I have on a few occasions gone to that particular branch ( not in the greatest of moods ) but was lucky enough to have been helped by Claudia and left feeling happy as she has this joyfull presence about her and a very warm and friendly smile, she is so helpful and goes the extra mile.
