Thanks Babalwa Nedbank Gugulethu

Was at Gugulethu Nedbank today and was wowed by the attentiveness of consultant Babalwa. She was very very helpful in explaining the details of the processes she was busy with... She helped get in touch with the relevant people in terms of my extra queries. She didn't lose hope or become irritable even when I noticed and observed her colleagues making her job difficult. She was still kind, even to those other staff members...

She's a good example of a service oriented person. Nedbank should get more people like her!
