Thankeda Chili is a star :-)

I was assisted by Thandeka Chili from your Durban offices and when I say she went over and above to make sure that I got the assistance I needed, I mean it. She even went as far as coming into the office even when she was not meant to, just to ensure that I was assisted. She kept calling to ensure that I saw emails that needed my urgent attention. Lastly, when everything was sorted, she still called me to check that all was in order. Very very very impressed with her service.
