Good day, I would like to take this moment to give my heartfelt gratitude to Tshepiso Mashigo from Nedbank personal loans. My experience before she assisted was on minus 0 because I was taken from one person to another and getting nowhere. I was debited on my personal loans 4 times for accounts that no one could explain. Tshepiso on the other hand took her time to understand and scrutanise my account to see what the problem was, no only that, she ensured that I got my funds at the time that she promised. She kept in the loop and made sure I was aware of what's going on every step of the way. She understood where I was coming from and how urgent my request was.
