Thank you Nedbank for declining my personal loan!

This review will be perfunctory. Personal loan declined because the staff in the credit department are either too lazy to perform due diligence or they follow the rule book with sheeplike mentality. I work for a company based and registered in Spain and my salary is deposited monthly in y Nedbank account and it has been done for the last 4 to 5 years. I send them my pay advice which shows that amount of hours worked, the rate per hour and monthly bonus, we don't get traditional payslips as there are no deductions and I am a registered taxpayer in SA. On 19/12/2018 I received an email which stated that my loan was declined as the pay advice were unacceptable and this decision was made within less than 24 hours. That goes to show. Have they gone and checked my bank statements for the past 5 years, it will show that for the last few years my salary has been religiously deposited and the amounts are more or less the same. Today, 2/1/2019 I received a sms to say that my loan was declined due to lack of employment confirmation. This raised the ire! Which is it, Nedbank? It is very simple to pick up the phone and call the HR dept in Spain and the contact details are on the employment letter which I submitted. Well, my loan was approved by a division of FirstRand with no fuss so this begs the question, should I move my accounts to FirstRand, I am contemplating. Shame on you Nedbank! Change your corporate colour from green to red or scarlet (red/scarlet symbolises shamefulness)
