Thank you Natanya (Nedbank Festival Mall)

I would like to make special mention of NATANYA, working in customer services at Nedbank Festival Mall. Over the past 8 weeks, we visited Nedbank in Nelspruit twice and Nedbank Greenstone Mall on three occasions to try and sort out my mom's internet banking as we could no longer log in to. Not one person was able to assist us in getting logged in and when questioning the reason as to why, not a single person could give us an answer. We finally decided to try Nedbank at Festival Mall on Tuesday, 27 June and were assisted by an amazing, friendly, patient, knowledgeable and efficient lady by the name of NATANYA who went above and beyond to get the internet banking sorted for my mother who is 79 years old. Even when receiving an error code which she had not come across before, she continued and persisted to make sure we could log in before we left. We were with her for over an hour and a half. I believe your employees at Greenstone and Nelspruit could learn a thing or 2 on how to treat their customers from Natanya. I would like to extend a heartfelt thank you for all your assistance you gave us. I will not hesitate to bring my mom back to your branch should she need assistance again.
