I wanted to take this time to thank Lerato Kondowe, Khanyisile Makure and Sharon Masingi from Nedbank HomeLoans Collections Department who helped after I had such a hard time getting my query resolve. I am incorrectly listed on the credit bureau for not paying my home loan on time when the debit order was taken late by the system, Lerato took the time to hear me out and so did Khanyisile who picked up my query from Lerato who was off on sick leave, Saron stepped in to assist with follow ups on my query. Thank you so much ladies for your contribution to my query.
