After my complaint on HelloPeter about Nedbank Eastgate, I got a very quick response from Jarred Trembath from the Durban Regional Head Office. He was a good listener and understood the way forward in helping me with a problem that I was told could not be done. I would like to compliment him on giving me the right treatment and having the knowledge to solve a difficult problem. Thank you Jarred, much appreciated!
