I recently got a new premium account and I had to transition to the premium account from my savvy plus account . My overdraft needed to be switched over to the new account . I was assisted promptly by the agent Garfield Mbili after I couldn’t get any assistance from Bridgecity Nedbank , no one knew what I was talking about at the branch but this is a branch procedure , the branch staff definitely need training . Garfield from the contact centre has been with me since the beginning til the overdraft was finally moved over . She has been consistently helpful and I am eternally grateful for her excellent service she is a rare gem always and willing to go the extra mile And constantly updated me on every step.
