I would love to compliment Thobeka Maduna for her outstanding and patient service. After two months of struggling to reset my Nedbank password. Most of the assistance I got kept telling me to go to the branch to reset the password. I just told myself I will go after lockdown since I have been in the house for two month and never went out, even out of the gate. Covid-19 really kept me in the house. So today I was calling Nedbank to see how can I pay my credit card since I want to buy a new vehicle. So okay from one call to another touching base on my app problem, my call ended up received by Thobeka Maduna, lovely personality by the way she greeted me. Like feel at home type of vibe. She was patient with me. To cut the long story short. I managed to log into my app. Thank you Thobeka Maduna.

The meaning of the work kindness is the quality of being friendly, generous and considerate. I heard this over the telephone, there word reflecting in you. I learned that kindness is being a rainbow in someone else’s cloud.
