Thank you thank you thank you to to your brilliant call centre agent that I spoke to when I called at 07:07 am! First thing was he greeted me in a most chirpy festive mood and immediately told me his name without me even asking! He assisted me in no time whatsoever as he is so knowledgeable and intensely friendly. I recommend that his calls are used to guide other sour-nyana agents on how to speak to clients. He deserves both a raise and a promotion! Yeah I said it... BOTH! His surname is Khambule as I forgot his name due to the shock of the "GREAT" unsolicited customer care he provided me.
