Thank you for complaining !

After reading about Nedbank's poor and slow customer service, I went to the Bedfordview branch to have an ID copy uploaded for FICA. This took over one hour and was in any case the same ID that was on the system for the last 10 years. After complaining to the staff, the lady serving me called the manager. I complained to him and said, "I am not surprised you have so many complaints on Hellopeter and I will add one for this branch." Believe it or not, he said thank you.
