I app**** for an advancement loan via the call centre and I was advised to submit documents to a nearest branch, being Alberton Personal Loans in this case on 06 February 2016. <br> <br> On arrival at the branch Busisiwe was able to greet me with a smile and asked if she can assist. Needless to say, other than the friendliness expected from a consultant, she portrayed good listing skills. This made me feel proud to be a Nedbank client. Although, I was informed of the T&C of my agreement over the phone, she went through them again and validated my understanding. <br> <br> Subsequent to my visit at the branch, she contacted me to inform me that my address was incorrectly captured and I need to sign for amendments. What I take off my hat for is her ability to make a promise and keep it. She promised to contact me once the amount has been disbursed. Despite the fact that I did receive a confirming sms, she still managed to sent me an email notification. <br> <br> It is this type of a service a consumer needs, she made me feel important as a client and not just a number. <br> <br> Please share my compliment with her and immediate manager and colleagues. Well done Busisiwe Madlopha for MAKING THINGS HAPPEN!!!<br>
