Thank you Bongiwe G. for the excellent customer service i never had repeat myself 5 times like the previous agent i spoke to who knew nothing and told me Nedbank is not authorized to send me my approve it message to my mobile number it can only be sent to my banking app and yet its always been sent to my mobile number. She then "apparently" transferred me to a manager when i ended up at a whole different department. THEN A DARLING BONGIWE HELPED ME. thank you Bongiwe i appreciate you!
