I complained about bad service from mfc in assisting me with my request for a payment arrangement it basically took a month a half for a resolution. Thank you to Nico De Bruin regional manager credit control/collections and recoveries he was polite, empathetic and apologetic literally sorted out my query in minutes this is superb and amazing we are thankful for people like him he is a great asset to your company please reward him accordingly. Keep shining Nico!!!!!
