Terrified and disappointed Nedbank client

I would like to warn people about Nedbank online personal loan application option. Their system is terrible. They misled me for a full 4 days telling me to patiently wait for a feedback from their back office. Only to be told today that there was a system error in sending me debicheck mandate. Every day since Wednesday they could not see that the is a problem with their system and always trying to make it as if I am the one who didn't approve the debicheck mandate. They terribly inconvenienced me. I would like to warn anyone who is thinking of Nedbank online personal loan application.
