Terribly disappointed,

i have been sent pillar to post, spoke to over 5 people and no one knows who should be assisting me. Very disappointing, every single time you verify ID, cellphone, names.. at the end a person gets rude because you speaking to so many people without any assistance. all i wanted was to discuss my bond. spent almost an hour on the phone and still no solution. what a disappointment.
