Terrible unprofessional service from MFC

<p>Disgusted at the service from Priseldene Boaz at MFC Umhlanga. She did not inform me about my rights regarding sending a debt collector to repossess my vehicle and after advising her that she needs a court order, her disgusting email was simply that she can obtain one in 24 hours! So she can do a S127 letter, summons, court order and warrant in 24 hours?? What terrible threatening attitude to have. </p> <p>I have made a payment on my arrears of R10 000 and now have R3340 outstanding as per her email dated 11 August 2016. She never informed me of my options nor the process of voluntary surrendering of a vehicle. She also ignored all my questions regarding my own account as per my email dated today.</p> <p>I want this sorted out and I want to deal with someone else at MFC who knows the law and doesnt make unwarranted threats.</p>
