Terrible to non existent customer service

I have been trying to get the cellphone number on my bank account changed after emigrating. I've sent through the notarized documents and had a video call but there has been zero progress on the cellphone number change. The agent that conducted the video call advised there is no SLA to change cell numbers on an account. This means it could be done anytime until the end of time.

After following up multiple times, I'm now being ignored.

I now understand why people complain about services from Nedbank. The service is absolutely terrible.
