Terrible services

I stood almost 2 hours in the queue to use the ATM at Nebank Pinecrest Mall during working hours. Sassa payment were paid out today. Only 1 ATM was working of 3 at the branch. It is heart breaking watching the elderly standing in queues for so long. Some are scared to draw cash and requires assistance. There are Nebank ATMs downstairs. I asked a Nedbank staff member if they could please assist the elderly at the Nedbank ATMs downstairs and they refused . I was told the Nedbank ATM downstairs is outsourced so they cannot help.
