Terrible services

<p>I went to Nedbank on friday to open a personal loan. I have given them all the document that was needed and i ask the lady that was helping me if there is anything that can affect my loan application then she said i have brought everything so i should expect the money to be into my account by Wednesday. On monday afternoon i felt that, that ladys information might not be real then decided to phone nedbank to check the status of the application, i was told that the application is pending as the employment is not confirmed, then i gave them another contacts to do the employment check and i asked when can i expect the money the said as soon as they have confirmed. Then again on Tuesday i decided to check again to my surprise my application was still pending as multichoice still needs to confirm proof of address. I just feel that it is unfair for me to alway phone Nedbank and asked them about the staus as i am expecting them to phone me and let me know about my application. I just feel so sick with all this and my hands are tight because i have already signed their application, if it was not like that i was gonna go to another bank and apply for a loan as i feel that they not taking their customers serious.</p>
