Terrible service with the unauthorised debit order

This has been the worst and terrible service I ever had to experience I never received any form of communication for the payment of the loan that was made about 10 years and was closed even shows 0.00 balance. I have been debited 13,082 from the account that I had just opened and they not willing for the refund
