Terrible service, terrible treatment from employee

On Friday the 24th of February I attempted to retrieve my Nedbank garage card from Nedbank Greenstone mall. Upon arrival the man at the ticket counter was busy so I used an automated system to print myself a ticket for card collection. I then saw other people arriving for the same purpose as me who were sent by the man at the ticket counter directly to the collections counter. Frustrated I stood up to go and ask the man at the ticket counter why I was waiting and others didn't have to and before he would even hear me out he erupted with "The system is offline!" I then responded with "is there no possible way for me to sign a release form for my garage card allowing me to leave with it and not have to return to Greenstone from Midrand for the card again?" He impolitely said "NO" and offered no further assistance. No further solution to the problem offered just blatant disregard for the current situation. Before walking out I asked him if it would be possible for my wife to collect the card on my behalf using my I.D. as she works nearby? he responded with "YES" and turned back to whatever it was he was busy doing. My wife found time to go to the Nedbank branch on Thursday the 2nd of March, upon arriving I recommended she spoke with the man whom I spoke with regarding the card collection as he had advised me that I may send my wife for this collection. I warned her that this man is quite blatant and can be fairly rude, my wife is much more patient than I and as such, she did not pay my warning much attention. Upon arrival my wife located the man in which I spoke with and explained the situation to him. He immediately knew exactly who she was talking about and told her that she will require written consent from me, which was information that was conveniently not provided to me a week prior when I was initially there for the collection. she asked again if there was any way in which she could still collect the card and AGAIN this man turned to my three-month pregnant wife after she had been waiting and told her "NO" he then turned back around and walked off with his lunch into the distance... Again blatant disregard for us the CLIENTS. This man's name is Jacob Dithipe and I don't ever want my wife or myself to have to deal with him ever again. He clearly does not want to be employed by Nedbank as his best trait is turning his back on clients, it doesn't suit him and nor does he suit your Clients. Please see to this man immediately!
