"Terrible service, rude staff, long queues, and *********** managers everywhere."

"I visited Gugulethu branch yesterday and had a horrible experience. Staff ignored me, and the person who assisted wasn't friendly. I lost a contract simcard in the process, and they showed no remorse. Today, I went to Boxer Emtchels Plein branch for a 3-month bank statement, and the service was just as bad. The lady was alone in the branch and didn't help me, even when the printer was faulty. She told me to contact the call centre, which didn't help either. I've had a pending case from January that was never resolved, and now this. The call centre agent helped raise a new case, ref ***, but I'm losing faith in Nedbank's customer service." wouldn't recommend it to anyone
