Terrible service offered by Nedbank Personal Loans

I took a personal Loan from Nedbank in January 2021. Today I tried to contact their call Centre to increase my monthly instalment. However, I was unsuccessful. I was transferred from one department to the next five times. Finally, the phone was hung up when I was still holding. Their service is terrible.
