Terrible Service Nedbank Taj

Terrible service from Nedbank Taj branch in Pietermaritzburg. Small business banker and Branch Manager have no customer service qualities. Can't understand how they have their respective portfolios. What a battle to open a small business account, from getting the account number and receiving the new bank cards. I won't advise anyone to do business with this branch
