Terrible service lack of passion

Customer service simply doesn't exist here staff from brunch level all the way to most on call centre level specially the FICA team I been sitting on a blocked account sfor over 5 days yet my scco7nt is verified getting an employee to simply remove the block seems to be asking Jesus to come It seems staff is demotivated the unemployment rate i can assure you can find better employees please do something its so so ridiculous
