Terrible service, I was approved for a credit card but no progress!

Terrible service, I app**** for a credit card last week thursday and was approved on principle, since then I have been phoning basically repeating myself each time since I was asked to send documents and I did, I have sent these documents 2 times already all he consultants I have spoken to say no they haven't been recieved! And they keep saying soneone wil phone you instead of assisting right there and there,worse part each time I keep getting told they phoned but my phone wasn't answered and funny thing is each time there isn't a missed call on my phone. This is terrible service and a waste of time
