TERRIBLE SERVICE FROM NEDBANK/MFC

Recieved the worst service from the Nedbank and MFC, My settlement for my car was done as per the dealership and the dealership told MFC to close the account initially, and now the debit order was taken from my account and they are taking forever to refund my account immediately, they are giving me the 7 to 10 working days story which is ridiculous from my side, and the call centres are full of **** sending my call from one to the other, i need my refund to be done immediately
