Terrible service from Nedbank Sandton City branch

I had terrible service from Nedbank Sandton City Branch. I was made to come in and wait for over an hour for a simple transaction while they needed to complete some checks. And this even after I had made contact a day before to confirm and make arrangements and this could still not be completed. Nedbank Sandton City branch, please get your act together, your clients deserve better!
