Terrible service from Nedbank Life Insurance

I have been dealing with Nedbank for many years, business and personal. I have been on hello Peter numerous of times in order to compliment your service. Unfortunately Jaco from Nedbank Life Insurance has ruined that for me and i am quite disappointed and disgusted with the service i have received. I had to phone Jaco three times before he actually made a point to come out to meet us in regards to taking out life insurance with Nedbank. I then had to phone him again this morning after one of month of not hearing from him. His story is always he will get back to me, which he never does. The response i got this morning was yet again he is away for three days he will get back to me. To be honest if this is not resolved immediately i will be taking my business else well.
