Terrible service from Nedbank

I’ve settled my credit card with nedbank however the payment is not reflecting on the account. I have requested to settle and close the account yet I am still receiving smses stating my account is in arrears. The consultants have assured me that the account will be closed , however nothing to date and I’ve sent numerous emails but no response.
