TERRIBLE SERVICE FROM NEDBANK

I am very upset by Nedbank s dealings.

They didn't deduct my loan installment even though the money was in my account. Then I contacted them and asked why they said they couldn't. I asked if there is any additional way to deposit the fees. Which I then did the next day. It took two days to reflect in their account after many calls made to them. I then a few days app**** for an additional loan a few days ago then I was declined stating reason affordability. I read my credit report and came to find that it's states an arrears for this installment with Nedbank which I paid. To make matters worse my account is now at Collections department at Nedbank and they won't take it out. So the service here has been terrible. I would not recommend this bank.
