Terrible Service from Nedbank

So I opened Savings accounts for all 3 of my kids at the same time in Nedbank Trade route in 2021. It was working fine except for one which apparently was short Fica documents which I can't understand as I produced the same documents for all 3 accounts. I put cash in there and now when they want to use it ,it's blocked. I give the documents and they can't open it immediately which is the second thing I can't understand as accounts with Fica doc's are opened immediately at the branch. It's been 3 days with no Feedback from Nedbank. I called multiple times , nobody can answer me. It's a savings account with my money in it not a home loan. Absolutely pathetic service from Trade Route Mall Nedbank and the Call Centre. Don't open Kids Savings accounts with them. You will regret it.
