Terrible service from Nedbank a

I can't believe in 2023 there is still no way you can reverse a payment that you made a mistake on a simple mistake by not making it immediate payment.

After all the responses I got I understand you have not changed that functionality. Can I kindly cancel my nedbank account I'm finally ready to part ways with Nedbank
