Terrible service from nedbank

I am so confused and irritated. I took a loan in 2011. Never received an sms,mail,phone call nothing to say how much i still owe etc. now when i wanted to apply for something for my baby i am getting declined for EVERYTHING.all of the sudden 12 years later i found out i still owe nedbank a small amount. I phoned nedbank the refuse to write of my debt according to law after 3 years its supposed to be written off. I phoned. rcs there is NOTHING on their system. Wow please can anyone assist. I am so disappointed
