Terrible Service from NEDBANK

The worst experience ever with Nedbank Home Loans / Insurance department , I cancelled the home owners insurance on the 18/03/2024 , Nedbank still deducted the premium from my account on the 25th March , I have been given the run around since the 25th March regarding a reimbur*****t ...The consultants promise a call back which never happens , I have to keep calling back and proving reference numbers , Sadly I will have to switch my home loan to another bank to actually cares about their clients ..Terrible Poor Service , not even the COMPLAINTS DEPARTMENT BOTHER TO CALL A CLIENT BACK , WOW !!Nedbank I am shocked to say the least !!!!!!
