Terrible Service from Manangement

<p>My father passed away a long time ago and my mother was getting an income from his pension fund however it stopped like five years back , my mother did not know what to do as she was still going through a lot after loosing my dad and we were also still young then . I asked her last year from February to go to a Nedbank and check if she can get the name of the company that was dealing with my dad's pension fund as my mom could not remember , all the time when she goes to a Nedbabnk in Roodepoort she speaks to a mananger who keeps promosing her he will call her back but she never does , this has been going on for the whole of last year . I just need to check with Nedbank if she's getting this type of service as she is old and a widow or is because she is not fluent in English ? I must say i am very dissapointed in their service and wish they would treat their customers better .</p>
