Terrible service from Card Acceptance Department and Merchant Payment Solutions

We were contacted By Yaseen Chotta from Nedbank who is the Sales Manger for Merchant Payment Solutions and was offered a system which never even worked. Every time you contacted him he ignored our mails and now that we demanding our money back which we paid for a system which never worked and no attempt was made to get it sorted now Nedbank Card Acceptance wants to penalize us the client for their system not working and their *********** staff. We have been loyal clients of Nedbank and is not happy with the way these 2 departments have been treating us.
