Terrible service

Terrible bank - blocking funds for no apparent reason. Nedbank home loans decided to block my access funds without notifying me, Upon investigation, it seems that after 22 years, they NOW need FICA documents, and without, they just block MY funds. Not only is this unreasonable, as they didn't request FICA docs from me, but *********, as MY funds is not theirs to withhold. I have tried to resolve this, to no avail. I will definitely bond my next house with another institution. ***
