Terrible service

I went to the bank by main street Marshalltown and the machine ate my card after my deposit was successful and the ATM printed out a slip for the transaction and swallowed my card. I ask the bank consultant to help get my card and she says she can't cause sytem is down and I must come back Saturday..what a complete inconvenience..I must travel back there and which is a cost to me. My card has been swallowed before but I was assisted and got my card back..when I go back it's to close the account
