Terrible service

Terrible service. Another bank settled my personal loan with Nedbank according to settlement letter...but my account reflects negative balance and the personal loan account is still not closed after I called many times and they said 2 working days all will be resolved but that was not the case. The loan account is still not closed and the excess money still need not sent to my account. **** service
