Terrible service

Guys your MFC call centre is such a nightmare. I've been calling for someone called Rosie Joseph for the past 3 days and I am told she will call me back because her "direct line" puts me through to the call centre. I am transfered from one department to the next. I got a number to call Ntombi her line manager and that line is not being answered. Rosie Joseph has been calling me back everyday for the past 3 days.
