Terrible service ever (****s)

Good Day

I'm here again writing regarding the terrible service that we are currently expressing at the hand of Nedbank Stokvel Account, we had with Nedbank, now the bank is even refusing us to close our account nor access our money all there respond about in our mail is " we have tried to call you" which is a lie of course i wrote the previous review here at hello Pater but till to date we haven't got access to our account and below is the latest respond from Nedbank tell me that there are about to close the complaint where else they didn't even assist with anything as our account is still block and worst of all we can not even close it and funny enough is that as we can not access our money or but the bank is busy charging us every month
