Terrible service

Iv been doubled charged for quiet some time now i have an opened case its been almost 2 months and its still not solved, iv been contacting Nedbank almost every week constantly repeating myself and nothing changes, their service is terrible and i must say they do not fulfill customer satisfaction. They do not see to customers needs at all.
