Terrible service. Cash send.

I sent someone money to the cellphone number. They tried to withdraw the funds but it was unsuccessful but it showed redeemed on my banking app.

Called the call centre on Saturday and they logged a query. I called back again today to find out what is happening and the lady said that the query was cancelled and she had to relog the query.

Now myself and the person i was paying are without the funds!
