Terrible service

I am a client of Nedbank for years now, one would thing that in the century we in, things would flow and be faster more convenient but no. I brought to this Nedbabk Branch a client of mine but also a client Nedbank to see a banker 4 times now, she has had a stroke and can not stand long or walk far at all. The guy at the door Sandiso has been elerted to this fact but no, 4 times on different days, can't get hold of management by phone on many many phone calls, I just think its choking terrible service, not to have a person in this condition not go in and see the banker soonest. Mrs Horne i really deserves better, she just lost her husband and can really do with just little better service.
