Terrible service

I am very disappointed with Nedbank. I have had a home loan with them for many years. I recently sold my house. I gave over 90 days notice and was charged interest after the 90 days. The bond wasn't closed after the house was sold. The debit order for the bond wasn't removed. I have tried to call Nedbank a few times. Calls go unanswered and when I have gotten through, I either get silence or the call just gets cancelled half way through. Such terrible service!
