Terrible service

I just changed Banks to nedbank,and received a sms regarding FICA but I said I'll get a call,went to the bank and verified my account,now my account is locked and was I formed that it will be accessible by the 31/10/2022 till now I can pay my bills,but debits are going through I only have 2 debts but now I get sms of money going out without my approval and I can't even do anything about it since the app is not accessible for transactions.this service is terrible am helpless.just want access to money and change Banks am disappointed
